Order Processing
All orders are processed and packed within 0-1 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). For example: Orders placed before 10 AM PST Monday will ship the same day; orders after 10 AM will ship by Tuesday.
Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)
• Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days (calculated from the day after shipment)
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (available at checkout)
• Carrier Partners: FedEx and UPS
Note: Alaska, Hawaii, and remote areas may require an additional 1-3 business days.

Tracking Your Order
• A tracking link will be automatically sent via email/SMS once your order ships.
• We recommend using the carrier's app (FedEx or UPS) for real-time updates.
Shipping Issues
• Delays: Contact us if your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days.
• Address Changes: Email us within 1 hour of placing your order ( support@luxoralink.com).
• Damaged/Lost Packages: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a free replacement or refund.
